The Celebration of Life! Holistic Expo is a wonderful way to expose your holistic goods and services to people of like minds and like hearts. Our Expo has a reputation of excellent organization with an emphasis on quality, elegance, and details that make our Expo amongst the nicest in the East. The energy at the Expo is very high and very loving. That's what happens when good people come together with positive intentions! We want to offer our guests and exhibitors the BEST weekend possible.

We are moving into a larger building in the York Expo Center to accommodate about 30% more vendors. We feel it's time.
Please, no expo gypsies. Ours is a "who" expo, not a "what" expo with an emphasis on community. If your first intention is to make a lot of money, this is not the expo for you. Although our vendors do very well, "do what you love, and the money will follow" is our motto.
Below is the map of Memorial Hall East so you can see the layout of our space. We feel that Memorial Hall East at the York Fair Expo Center will the perfect home for our Expo. The layout will be large, airy and very fluid. We do not use pipe and drape to separate booth spaces. If and when you come to our Expo, you will see why.
All booths are 10' x 10' and typically cost around $250 to $350 for new vendors, depending on what options you choose. By moving into a bigger building and adding a few more vendors, we will be able to drop our booth prices for existing vendors and keep our prices low for newer ones.
Our attendance for 2010 was about 2000 people. Most of our guests come from PA, but many come from NJ, NY, MD, VA & DC, and some even stay in nearby hotels for the weekend.
You must be a vendor/exhibitor to present a lecture at the Celebration of Life Expo. Speakers can only present two years in a row, and then take a year or so off so we can offer variety to our Guests. You may choose a double or end if they are available. In our new location, electricity is available everywhere in the building at a cost of $60 (our cost) for the weekend. Booth Space prices start between $250-$350 for new vendors. Discounts for early bird payments! Call us for details.
