with Margaret Glatfelter
Margaret (Lalitha) will
conduct a lecture on Pranayama, the ancient yogic science of breathing. Learn
how to improve overall vitality, enhance clarity of mind and increase mental
focus through proper breathing techniques.
Margaret graduated the University
of Iowa with honors in speech and English. During college, she competed in the
Miss America pageant, placing first runner up and winning swimsuit Miss Iowa.
After college, Margaret was a stock broker on Wall Street. During her career,
she developed an active interest in yoga and meditation. She also attended
culinary school with Julia Child and Ann Willan at LaVarenne.
Margaret received
her yoga teaching certification from Swami Satchidananda at Satchidananda Ashram
in Buckingham (Yogaville), Virginia. Swami Satchidananda is of the great lineage
of Swami Shivananda of Rishikesh. She also became a dedicated follower of this
spiritual lineage that included some of India’s leading Yoga Masters of the past
century: Paramahansa Yogananda and Kavi Yogiraj Mani Finger. Margaret has been
practicing and teaching yoga for over 20 years. In addition to teaching yoga,
she offers pranic healing, yoga and ayurveda, and crystal therapy.
Margaret was given the
spiritual name Lalitha Devi by her guru, Swami Satchidananda. By custom, this
is the name she practices under.

Pamela is a long time
friend of New Visions Books & Gifts. She has been a psychic since the
age of five. Her mother was the first psychic of her family. Her
cultural background includes Pennsylvania Dutch, German and Gypsy. She is a
Christian and an
interfaith minister. Her clients
have told her, over the years, that she is 90 -95 percent correct with her
readings.
She is
also a light trance channel
for both Michel & White Eagle. She has been channeling Michel for many
years and she is very comfortable with his insights and teachings. They are all
in partnership with one another for the good of their clients. They do the work through God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
They give Readings about health, helping people with their job searches and
educational opportunities, relationship problems (dealing with husbands and
wives, children and parents) as well as dealing with the frustrations in today's
hectic world. They do spirit rescue, advise about properties and release spirit
attachments on humans. (She clears her clients by finding why the spirit
attached to them and then asking the spirit to leave.) They do psychic and energy healing by
having the client visit us or by picking up their energy wherever the client is
located.
She is
well know for her work as a shamanic healer/teacher trained in Sedona, AZ, and
for her work with "Ghosts of Gettysburg" and the Gettysburg Battlefield.
She is also a captivating and compelling speaker.

I will be attending his lecture in Harrisburg this evening. He will be
presenting, as part of the Claim Your Power Conference a keynote lecture
"The
Power of Bridging Science and Spirituality" at 7pm followed by a book signing at
9:30pm at the Sheraton Harrisburg. Cost for his lecture is $125.00, but
that is just if you only attend the Friday evening lecture. For reasonable

The Ascension Journey
with author Judith McLean
Tonight, author Judith McLean will talk about her new book, The Ascension
Journey
Ascension Journey
examines the religious beliefs and rituals of early humans. This foundation
includes past and present shamanic healing which McLean believes still exist in
many forms today. The book strives to prepare spiritual seekers for
understanding the dynamics of spiritual healing through education on the chakra
system, meditation, dreams, visions, spirit releasing, global cleansing and the
dimensions in which these take place. At the end of each chapter, McLean relates
the content to personal experiences.
Trainings for the
reader include meditation practices, purification rituals, self protection
techniques, and exercises on how to interpret color and read auras as well as
instructions for battlefield cleansing or earth healing. McLean shares her
encounters in different dimensions and explains how the reader might interpret
which dimension is being experienced. McLean also writes of paranormal events
that occurred after Sept. 11 concerning those who died and the Taliban.
Ascension Journey
is described as a primer on spiritual evolution by McLean and commentators.
Diana Stone explains, “McLean gives the reader one of the most important
spiritual teachings in this book. Psychic ability is useless or even dangerous
if there is no discernment. There is such a danger of ego inflation, mistaking
lower astral entities for great masters and the like. Every aspirant is well

Setting For 2011!
Join us as we celebration
the Winter Solstice as we say goodbye to 2010 and bring in 2011 in ceremony and
ritual. Our ritual is simple. It is a matter of calling in the
energy of the directions, our candle lighting ceremony, burning our "un-wants"
and last year's wishes which we saved all year), and writing new wishes to be
kept sealed in the box for all year. Bring a list of all of those things
you want to will away, and a list of all of those things you would like to
manifest next year! Also, bring refreshments to share for afterwards!
Ceremony is conducted by Bill Trivett and Bob Hall, and everyone gets to
participate.
