Print these direction for easy use!  We are easy to find.  Just minutes from I-83.

From York City

Go out South Queen St. (Rt. 74S) and go up Queen St. Hill to the top of the hill and look for “Chaps At The Hill” Restaurant on the left on the corner of S. Queen St. and Hillcrest Rd.  Turn left onto Hillcrest Rd.  New Visions Books & Gifts is the 5th building on the left at 525 Hillcrest Rd. at the corner of Hillcrest Rd. & Clover Ln.

From Harrisburg, Lancaster*, Eastern & Northern York County

Take I-83 South and get off at Exit 16B (you are now on Queen St.)  Stay in the left hand lane and go 1 mile to the top of Queen St. Hill and look for “Chaps At The Hill” Restaurant on the right at the corner of Hillcrest Rd. and South Queen St.  Turn right onto Hillcrest Rd.  New Visions Books & Gifts is the 5th building on the left at 525 Hillcrest Rd. at the corner of Hillcrest Rd. & Clover Ln.

*Note:  From Lancaster, you take Rt. 30 West to York to the I-83 Interchange.  Or you can take the shortcut and turn left at North Hills Rd. to Market St. and follow the signs to Route 83 South.

From Gettysburg, Hanover & West York

Take Rt. 30 East to I-83 South.  Take I-83 South and get off at Exit 16B (you are now on Queen St.)  Stay in the left hand lane and go 1 mile to the top of Queen St. Hill and look for Chaps At The Hill Restaurant on the right at the corner of Hillcrest Rd. and South Queen St.  Turn right onto Hillcrest Rd.  New Visions Books & Gifts is the 5th building on the left at 525 Hillcrest Rd. at the corner of Hillcrest Rd. & Clover Ln.

From Baltimore & Points South

Take I-83 North and get off at Exit 16B (you are now on Queen St.)  Stay in the left hand lane and go 1 mile to the top of Queen St. Hill and look for “Chaps At The Hill” Restaurant on the right at the corner of Hillcrest Rd. and South Queen St.  Turn right onto Hillcrest Rd.  New Visions Books & Gifts is the 5th building on the left at 525 Hillcrest Rd. at the corner of Hillcrest Rd. & Clover Ln.

Parking

We have a nice size parking lot for everyday events and shopping.  But if we have an overflow due to large events such as Friday Night Forums or Open House, you can not park on the street, for this is a residential neighborhood.  When you turn at “Chaps At The Hill” Restaurant onto Hillcrest Rd., you’ll see a house and an overflow parking lot, then 3 houses, then us on the left hand side.  If our lot is full, you can park in the overflow lot behind “Chaps On The Hill” and walk down to our store.  Just remember not to park your cars in the restaurant’s regular parking lot for they need that for their customers.  If you have any questions, please call us.  We want to be good neighbors at our new home.
