Bookstore Services... Special Orders... “We specialize in special orders!” That’s our slogan! We cannot stock everything that is out there in the Universe, so if you see or hear of a title that you want, whether it is metaphysical or non-metaphysical, give us a call and for no extra charge we will see if we can get it for you. Our special order service is very fast and efficient, faster than most chain book retailers. If you’ve ordered from us before, you know it’s true! Bob is a whiz at getting you the resources you want NOW!
Mail Orders... “We ship anywhere in the Universe!” That’s our other slogan! We currently ship to all 50 states and many foreign countries. Our mail order service is only a toll free phone call away for our out-of-town patrons. Anything in our flyer, in our store, or anything within our access of millions of book, music, audio/video, and divination titles can be shipped right to your door, or to the door of your friend or loved one. With our in-house postage and packing facilities, your order is shipped quickly and economically for the exact cost of shipping. We NEVER charge extra for special orders or handling fees - a New Visions specialty. Even local patrons use this service when life is hectic or weather is rough. Call us 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to place your order. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards. Once you try our mail order service, you’ll be hooked! It’s easy, it’s convenient and it’s fast!
Conference, Group & School Discounts... If your conference, school or study group is in need of larger quantities and multiple titles, we can offer you a negotiable discount. Also, if you are interested in having us supply and man a book table to your conference, expo or workshop, please give us a call and we will be happy to talk to you about it.
Gift Certificates... Gift certificates are available in any amount for purchases at New Visions Books & Gifts. You may also purchase gift certificates for readings with Bill Trivett, as well as purchase gift certificates for classes, workshops and Spirit Circles. Gift certificates make the perfect gift for your special friend or loved one.
Mailing List & Email List... If you want to be part of our growing mailing list, just drop is a line and give us your name, address and phone number. Better still, stop by and fill out one of our convenient mailing list forms. By doing so, you will receive our newsletter 4 times a year, as well as other special notices letting you know what is happening at New Visions Books & Gifts, including updates on what’s new, what’s hot, and what’s recommended in merchandise. We never sell our mailing list, however we share it with organizations we feel that you would enjoy receiving information from. If you are moving or planning to change your address, please let us know so that we can keep in touch with you. If you are not on our mailing list, call us now and we will be glad to include you! We also send out a monthly e-newsletter called the New Visions E-Times, which you can receive via email. The purpose of New Visions Books & Gifts is to be one of the world’s best resource and education centers for conscious living and holistic wellness; to help raise the social and spiritual consciousness of Planet Earth; to build an increasing base of repeat patrons; to cultivate maximum volume and profit; and to create abundance and prosperity for the people who work here and for those who support us.
Our purpose is achieved by providing top quality, innovative events, workshops, classes, readings and lectures at reasonable prices; by providing special order and mail order services on books, audio and sidelines better than and faster than traditional sources; by providing an up-to-date selection and variety of innovative new products; by maximizing our use of technology and communications; by being competitive, proactive and aggressive in our approach to retailing; by providing top quality professional consultation services; and by networking with and supporting those who consistently support our purpose.
Our target audience is people who are seeking meaning for their lives and who are interested in personal and spiritual growth. Our niche is our unique professionalism, integrity, honesty, consistency and innovation we bring to the field of New Age retailing.
